Youth Mentorship Program
Guiding the next generation of leaders through mentorship, education, and community support.
About the Program
Our Youth Mentorship Program pairs young individuals ages 14–24 with experienced professionals and community leaders. Through one-on-one mentoring, group workshops, and real-world projects, we help young people develop leadership skills, build confidence, and prepare for successful futures.
Program Focus Areas
Academic tutoring and homework support for students who need extra help.
One-on-one mentoring with professionals in STEM, arts, and business.
Leadership workshops to build confidence and communication skills.
Career readiness training including resume building and interview prep.
Community service projects that teach empathy and civic responsibility.
Safe spaces for open discussion about challenges facing today's youth.
How It Works
- Apply — Young people or their guardians fill out a short application form.
- Match — We carefully match each mentee with a mentor based on interests and goals.
- Meet — Mentor-mentee pairs meet weekly for at least 6 months.
- Grow — Participants track progress and celebrate milestones together.
"My mentor helped me believe in myself when no one else did. I'm now the first in my family to attend college." — Maria, Program Graduate
